Dental Kidz Club - Brea

I have be taking my three children since before it was taken over by Dental Kidz Club. I was a bit nervous of the change and thought I would not like it. The staff and Dr are all amazing and we are always greeted with a smile and great service. I will definitely continue going to the Brea location as long as I can.

Very gentle and nice with the children. I have been going here for the past year and a half and I have no complaints. No long wait times which is good when you have kids.

2 of my daughter's come to this office it's been a year for us with this dental office, at the beggining everything was great i love the Philippina older doctor. i apologize for not remembering her name right now but I started to notice they added new help (a guy) he did my daughtet cleaning was super fast and not a good job but I said ok he must be new but after a few more times the same quick I don't think he really went thru all the teeths, we are paying for this services we deserve better quality job . And last issue I had was waiting almost 4 hours they even charged my credit card for the procedure and I waited ...waited... and they ended up telling me they were very behind and couldn't see my daughter really!!!!! After all that time, I was pissed, they looked like they didn't care, this incident was on sep/7 /23 and until today Stephanie or any other person from this place havent called back to set up another appt since they allready charged my credit card, today nov/8 I called to talk to the person in charge and Ramon (dental manager) was very unprofessional, I explained what had happened and seems they don't care or need good costumers. I will not recommend this dental clinic for your kids i will look somewhere else, where they can provide QUALITY and great costumer service . Seems all they care in here is a fast job to charge your insurance and make sure they get good reviews. Not good.

My children are always comfortable with procedure whether it's just cleaning or cavity repair for my ADHD child with her under anesthesia procedure. She was very happy and came out of it, like it never happened. As a parent, we are extremely happy about it and give WHOLE staff thumbs up . All 4 of my kids go to Dental Kidz Club. My 4 all have different behavior and mentalities. All employees like Jerry, Elsa, Teresa, Ramano (spectacular part time chief making AWESOME tacos for workmates) and front receptionist Stephanie are SPECTACULAR, ABSOLUTE KINDNESS, GREATING of patients and their parents are more then I ever seen in a children's hospital or dentist facility. All of this GREAT service comes from their Dentist, Dr. Park. She takes the time explaining to parents and their children how important it is to have healthy teeth and parents to assist and guide their child through it and achieving it.
