From 05/31/23-08/28/23 my husband and I were in constant communication with Eliana and her team, specifically Yolanda. We received our Pre-Approval and mortgage through VL. When I tell you youll be in good hands, I truly mean it. The level of attention and detail they have is unmatched. Their openness to any and all questions is incredibly appreciated and necessary for many buyers specifically first time buyers like myself. Elianas flexibility, prompt responses to all parties involved in the home buying transaction, and level of care is amazingly unique.
