        How on earth is this place at 4.6 and Boba Flip down the street is 5.0?? This place actually has quality tea, well-crafted drinks, good decor, and a friendly staff. Boba Flip is all cheap tea and powder. You can taste the difference! Madness!

        I stopped by the other day and thought it was excellent! The tea was super yummy, and they had a wide selection of tea for both adults and kids. Drinks were labeled with whether or not they had caffeine or milk, and had multiple substitutions for milk averse people like myself lol. The place was also very clean and inviting, and the staff were super nice. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great boba tea experience. Parking: There is limited parking in front of the business due to being on a small street, but much more parking just around the corner in a parking structure
