My son rolled his ankle playing basketball with his friends and was barely able to walk on it. He came in for local cryotherapy treatment and was able to resume work and other activities.

Im very choosy on where I go & the details of an establishment. The energy in the atmosphere has to be superb!! This place goes above and beyond!! You feel the zen and love right when you walk in the door!! I absolutely appreciate the existence of these 2 women who own this wellness center!! The amazing drive & passion they have for creating wellness is beyond the stars!! The iv therapy is life changing instantly no matter which one you choose, the cryotherapy will do you wonders as you step out of it, and infrared saunas will have you feeling renewed the second you walk away from it! Do yourself a favor and love on yourself!! It will change your entire existence and have you feeling more alive then you ever expected!! Thats what H Bling does for me!! I am so thankful to have come across such a gem!!

Amber was so incredibly amazing!!!! She was so patient, so caring, and has fantastic customer service! I struggle with chronic pain and fibromyalgia.....I tried the red light sauna for 45 minutes, then the ice. Truly blown away by the immediate effects and body pain relief!!! Thank you Amber for making me feel so comfortable!
