I do not live in Brea, but rather 500 miles north. Yet, I have an agent on Brea, who cannot be contacted, consistently hangs up on me, via programmed machine. She does not call back on appointment dates. Collecting insurance rates is on time however, and always rising, though I have no marks on my driving record. I have no trust in this agent, and am losing quickly any trust in Allstate fir hiring someone so disrespectful and incommunicado.

Very poor communication. I have called and and never get connect I have also left voice-mail and multiple emails and I have never heard back from an Agent.

I tried to get ahold of my agent and she never responded. I had to contact the corporate offices to cancel my policy. Very poor customer service.

I never get in contact with my agent. I'll leave emails, calls and voice-mail and never get a response back yet she wants a survey for feedback OK cool. Out of my years being with All-State only one agent has made me feel satisfied with my service. All state agents need to do better returning calls.

They didnt let me know I was going to be paying renter insurance as well made it seem like it was only 10$ after I asked, it was not.
