Honest, professional, and hard working.  What more can you ask for in any profession?  I've been with another insurance company (supposedly one of the cheapest out there) for about 20 years.  For the last 4 years or so, I have been having questionable experiences with the broker.  I understand some aspects are out of the broker's control, but some of these negative experiences were not those type of situations.  I don't want to dwell on the negative or bad mouth another agency, so I will just get to why I mention it at all.  Today I decided it was time to change insurance agencies.  I made me list of the major insurance companies, and hit the road.  My first stop was Farmers Insurance. I was greeted by Mr. Soh.  My initial impression of Mr. Soh was positive as Mr. Soh was professional in demeanor and interaction.  I asked him point blank if he could save me money from the insurance company I was currently insured with.  Mr. Soh was very honest.  He stated the other company was one of the lowest out there, and there would be a good chance he could not.  I appreciated his honesty, as it gave me the option to leave and not spend time at Farmers if I didn't see it worth the wait to see if Farmers would be cheaper.  Because I appreciated his honesty, his professionalism, and overall demeanor, I stayed and let Mr. Soh work the numbers.  Guess what?  He saved me over $350 a year (auto/home) from a company I had been with for over 20 years.. a company that is supposedly one of the lowest out there (if you really must know, it has the same name as the planet closest to the sun).  I was impressed.  Very impressed.  Mr. Soh made sure we were comparing apples to apples, and that the new policy with Farmers had the same coverage as I had with the other company.  He didn't reduce my coverage to save me money.  Granted, I understand a lot of it is plugging in the numbers and some of it is out of Mr. Soh's control.  What he did do was meticulously looked over all the details, was upfront with me, looked diligently to find areas to save me money, and treated me with courtesy, honesty and respect... the main reason I left my previous insurance company - they lacked in those areas.  Customer service is a huge factor to me...and Mr. Soh showed it in spades.  I am one very happy customer!

Even though we didn't sign up with Mr. Soh he was very professional and very honest with the rates. He gave me a quote and because of my age it was going to come out very expensive. So he recommend me to other places that maybe cheaper. I highly recommend Mr. Soh to anyone.

Our entire family switched insurance providers to Mr. Soh at Farmers Insurance.  We are so happy with the change and all the money he is saving us.Recently I realized I lost my proof of insurance card, but needed it the next day for a loaner car.  I called Mr. Soh and he emailed it to me right away!  He was really personable and helpful during the phone call.In the service based industry we now live in, I feel lucky to have found someone I can trust and who is also professional as well as friendly.

I know this family personally and they've been such a great help with our insurance needs. Hop is a stand-up man that looks out for his customers and does his best to accommodate to their needs.He's very knowledgeable in his field and communicates it well.Would definitely recommend to those who are shopping around for insurance.
