I do not frequently write reviews as I do not see the point unless you have received truly phenomenal or incredibly horrible service. Robert’s insurance services fall under the phenomenal category. Something we do not think about often is our car insurance. You either have it or you don’t. The interesting thing here is that insurance is actually quite complicated, and Robert goes out of his way to make sure you are not left scratching your head as to what documents you just signed and why you wrote a check for the amount you did. I am a car guy and I absolutely love my car, I have probably asked Robert over a thousand questions about my coverage regarding getting better rates, what kind of coverage I need, and asking why I might want to consider a different type of coverage. Robert is always happy to help me with my absurd amount of questions, and he explains the answers about why and what I need in plain and simple English. (Although he also speaks Spanish!) I have been going through some financial difficulties due to the Covid situation and Robert painlessly helped me find a policy which did not break my bank and made sure that I would be covered for all of life’s twists and turns. I can’t say enough about how great of a job Robert does, and I know he will gladly help you with any of your insurance needs.

Recently had been recommended to Robert by a friend. I could not be happier. My history with insurance companies has been very robotic and automated, but this time was completely different. Robert was extremely proactive in helping me find the right policy and kept communication quick and effortless. He maintained his professionalism while not coming across as condescending or snobby when I asked simple questions. Purchasing auto insurance is not exactly the most exciting task, but a guy like Robert makes it easy to deal with. If you appreciate good customer service, this is the guy to talk to.

Robert is awesome. He wrote me a few life policies and other protection products to protect my family and I. Robert is always on top of things and answering all my questions. He's the best person to talk to when it comes to insurance.
I recommended him to my family, friends, and customers. Everyone is very happy with his services.
