I ordered a custom piece of furniture in May that was over $4,000. Initially the owner was offered great customer service and communication. I was told the item would ship end of July. The end of July approached and I still had not received in progress photos or further communication. I contacted him the first week in August and he asked for a one week extension and would send me photos and ship on August 10th. On August 11th I contacted him to ask for the pictures and confirm shipping. I received no response. On August 12th I contacted him again and no response. I opened a dispute for the sake of trying to get a response or update. He did not have the decency to respond to me or communicate any delays, but just sent a refund. He strung me along for over 3 months making me think my furniture was being made. Now I have a housewarming coming up and no furniture. Service: Custom furniture
