Bellaventage Farms

We've been at Bellevantage for over two years now and totally recommend it if you want a barn that really looks out for kids' safety and the horses' well-being. Shelly, Erin, and the team are awesome with the kidscaring, supportive, and taking the time to get what they need and want. We also board our horse here, and I know she's in great hands. The families and other riders are an encouraging and wonderful community. We have found our home at Bellevantage

I take riding lessons here twice a month and have had a wonderful experience. I grew up riding hunter/jumper but haven't ridden much in the last 10 years. It has been so nice to get back in to riding! My favorite part about BF is that there are lots of other adults riding, so you can ride in a group that matches your age and ability level. Trainers are great, facilities are beautiful, and the other riders are kind and considerate as well. Oh and they communicate via text message which is very convenient!! Would recommend :)

My daughter originally started out in another stable, but it was getting way too crowded there and the trainers didnt dedicate the time and attention to properly train the kids. So we have finally decided to transfer her to another stable and was recommended by a close friend to try Bellavantage Farm. Now she has been riding here for almost a year and it has become her second home. Shelly is a brilliant trainer with a kind heart. She genuinely care for the kids and have goals for them to reach every step of the way. I rarely trust someone with kids as I trust her. She is devoted to what she does and maintains the farm in great order. Shelly personally went to Germany and helped my daughter find a horse. At first we were a little hesitant about buying, but as soon as that beauty arrives, we all fell in love with her. It makes a real difference when you get to find the right horse as my daughter started to make so much progress in a short period of time. I am impressed at what she is able to achieve with her new horse. Shelly deserves all the credit for this! Colleen also trains my daughter and she is equally superb! Honestly this is such a great place and community that simply makes everyone enjoy being there. The kids are safe and happy, so are the parents! Cant say enough good things about Bellavantage and the staff. Your kids will be in very good hands riding here!
