We are glad you were impressed with the homes features such as the kitchens and regret to hear we fell short of your expectations.Provence homes include either the 3rd or 4th bedroom at no extra cost to home buyers, even though our models were decorated to show available options such as a loft or home office. Based on your feedback, we added visual displays to each model, in addition to our brochure and virtual tour, to make it even easier to see the included room layout. As for the monthly fees, The Havens is a resort styled community with so many amenities included, like pickleball, social membership to The Havens Country Club, future aquatic center, private roads, entry gate and more! We invite you back to learn more about what is included in the HOA- we are open every day 10-5.
