Palomar Engineers website does not work or has been taken down. The do not answer the phone and the phone box is full. anyone know what is going on?

I had some RF/Noise issues and called and spoke to Bob. He was very friendly and helpful and steered me towards what I needed instead of what I thought I needed. It was cheaper than what I had planned on buying. The RF/Noise issues have vanished. I have used them in them before in the distant past and have always been pleased with the service, quality and cost of my purchases. I will be buying a 9 to 1 unun for a random wire antenna and can't wait to get another antenna up. Thanks 73 AC4HI Allan

Wow, I see all these negitive reviews. I have purchased and just purchase from Palomar Engineers for years. Nothing but the best in product quality and great service. Today I placed my order over the telephone and had a enjoyable conversation. I think that this younger generation does no have any patience. "the capacity to accept or tolerate delay, trouble or having to wait"

Hello, I am an amateur radio operator living in Turkey. I bought some RFI filters from Palomar and waited for future notifications. Actually, I'm not impatient at all. They have written the order preparation process well on their website. I read what was written carefully, but they reported the order update process really late. It is not possible to reach them by e-mail. After meeting with a my friend who lives in the US and asking him to ask about the status of the package, bingo! The package has been prepared. Dear AK6R, your contributions to both your country and your amateur radio hobby are really great. But I don't understand why you don't respond to emails. (like all users). This is extremely disturbing. Your products haven't arrived yet, but I have no doubts about their quality. Please accept my posts with tolerance and think about it. While many people in the world want to work with you, they may walk away because of these comments and opinions. Imagine, a Ham station from Turkey heard you and saw how you make quality products. That's extra money and respect, my friend. Stay well. TA1ODM 73.

I ordered two items for Ham radio, a choke and balun adapter, on Oct 21, 2022. I contacted the company first by email and never received a response. I then contacted them by phone and was assured that 2.5 weeks ago these items were in stock and available and that my items would be processed and shipped. I had to call another two separate times to check into my order, and was assured it would be taken care of. I finally received an email with tracking info on Nov 15 stating a label was created but items havent been received yet at Post office. I paid for expedited shipping, 1-3 days, and havent received my items. I was supposedly to receive items today; however, when checking tracking info there has been no change as noted abovelabel was only created Whats disappointing is that this company does produce quality equipment. Ive purchased other items through different vendors, however, never directly from Palomar itself. Due to the difficulties Ive encountered, I dont think I will order anything else from them in the future. Ive been more than patient and it just seems that they could care less about the long wait. On Palomars web site it notes there could be a delay of 7-14 days on certain items; Ive certainly waited longer with no explanations. UPDATE: I had contact with seller again. I asked about order and explained I contacted post office prior to his call and the automated rep stated the package was never dropped off, only a label was created. He asked for my cell number and noted hed check into it and give me a call. Since I was assured return calls in past, which never happened, I explained that its been over 30 days since my order if I dont receive a response at the end of day I would contact my credit card company to investigate. The gentleman got annoyed and stated, I own the f..king companydont give me so much grief. He then abruptly hung up. An hour or so later I received a text from UPS tracking that they received my package and gave a projected date of arrival. I never did receive a call from owner or any other rep. I dont plan on doing any business with them in the future.
