        Had my first class of restorative yoga with Yvette. She was phenomenal. I felt relaxed, refreshed, and renewed. The stretching was perfect for this older, first timer. Cant wait to do it again.

        I came to Renee with a shoulder injury and she has helped me tremendously. Renee is a physical therapist and she uses Pilates as well as PT treatment to help you heal. With her help I m getting stronger every week. I highly recommend working with her.

        I am really impressed with this place. I've met half a dozen of the instructors and they are all very knowledgeable, kind and informative. It's been half a decade since I did yoga regularly, and I'm not embarrassed by not being as good as I used to be. I want to come here more than I do.
