I love this place. Just got our plot this year and the sign up process was easy and quick. Everyone, from staff to fellow gardeners, are friendly and helpful. There are heavy duty carts available to haul supplies, a common water fountain, picnic eating area, and a handicap accessible porta potty that is relatively clean. Each plot has its own water source and basic fencing.
Restrooms: As clean a porta potty can be. Well maintained.
Dog-friendliness: Dogs are welcome on leash.
Picnic area: Shaded picnic area with two tables located at the front of the garden.

This has got to be one of the loveliest and most relaxing gardens in San Diego! Everyone here is super nice and helpful, and I am incredibly grateful to have found this place!!!
