Their fees are extremely high. Look elsewhere. We were forced to use them because seller had picked them. I think they gave the seller a very low rate and then had us on the hook. I called other escrow companies and they were more than willing to charge a much lower fee. Their service? Ehhh... They made couple of mistakes and I had them fix it. Will certainly never use them again.

We have bought and sold a few homes in the last couple of years and have never dealt with such incompetence from an escrow company. The only reason we had to deal with these people was because of the sellers request. Would not recommend them to anyone.

Great customer service no matter who picks up the phone. The team is knowledgeable and they respond promptly. Very good experience overall. Will definitively keep em in mind for future business.
