        Came in here and the manager guy or whatever he is was literally trying to bully me into giving him 40 dollars because I changed my mind in doing my taxes here. Very unprofessional place. Very rude people were acting like police trying to keep my papers. I'm glad I recorded everything. Avoid this place at all costs.

        I think one the best places I ever been to becouse they have good customer services..and my kids feel welcome I really appreciate all the service Alicia and her workers give me and my family!!! Many people like to talk. Bad because they want free things!!! I'm fast...the lady...Alicia likes to help people...

        One of the worst places to do your taxes. Every time I call they tell me to call back that is one of worst customer service I have experienced. I never received a call back regarding my taxes I had to be calling and they also put the wrong account # for my direct deposit so I never received it. It is also very dirty and trash everywhere. I highly dont recommend this place from experience
