I scheduled an appointment for Tuesday at 4:30pm. I first noticed that they do not respond quickly nor answer their calls. I then received a message AFTER I sent them a SECOND message and was told that one of his installers called off and had to reschedule the next day which I did not mind. Wednesday 4:30pm came around, NO SHOW. I sent them a message through IG which is how we communicated but no response. I called several times and luckily they answered ONCE and told me they'll give me a call back which they did not. I called again, no answer. Instead of answering, they sent me a message that their installers was a little backed up after our scheduled time. This will be my second reschedule. I wish I was told ahead of time that theyre going to be backed up but I had to call myself to see what was going on. I would like to rescheduled again but I do not want to risk losing my time on another no show and I still have not received a response back regarding this situation. I still have a broken windshield.
I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt by rescheduling but AGAIN another NO SHOW. Doesnt seem like they want to work when needed. Unless Im just an unlucky person to book with them.
