Deb is a very personable and friendly, very knowledgeable in her profession of real estate sales, easy to chat with, making herself available at practically a moment's notice. After spending approx. 5 years hunting for a mountain cabin that my wife and I both could agree was the right one, we found it, in the "heart" of the Fox Farm area of Big Bear. Deb helped us through the process of submitting our offer, seller's counter-offer [refused], and eventually the final acceptance of our original offer by the seller!
