        Worst el pollo loco on the planet. Were longtime locals to big bear and since new owners took over this location its been nothing but downhill since. Last week we decided to attempt it after a year of refusing to eat there, they got our orders wrong too many times and wed thrown in the towel. Id truly forgotten how bad it was and why we stopped going. My husbands burrito was missing, took the food back after driving all the way home and they denied that wed ever ordered it in the first place. Staff is rude and dismissive. My salad was awful. No chicken, literally all rice, they missed the dressing, sour cream and guac. My sons kids meal was cold and stale. Owners dont care. Quite possibly the worst place to eat on the mountain. Never again!

        The truth was that it was the second time I visited the place but this second time it was unpleasant, the sauce was spoiled, the chicken was dry, the rice was also dry and the person who served me looked bad-tempered. The truth is I can't wait to return.
