We rented a seadoo on 8/26/23. The staff was very friendly and professional. It was our first time visiting Big Bear in the summer. We enjoyed ourselves and will definitely do this again next summer. Alex was courteous and knowledgeable. Thank you to all the staff for a fun time.

Our boat captains were fantastic. Ryan, the captain of the boat I was on was a very good coach and really cared about helping me get the surfing down. I was able to get it down thanks to his pointers and coaching. It was a very good experience!

Very friendly and fun staff we had fun and felt safe the entire time. Easy on and off and the price is fair. I do need to add that after a day I did not see the $500 deposit refunded to my account. So I went by the harbor and ask the staff about it. Was told sorry, it doesnt look like it had been released yet. He said he would do it right then. Thats 3 hours ago and 24 hours after or ride and still has not shown up on my end. Ill give it 2 days so there is time for it to cycle and check again. I really shouldnt have had to go back the next day and remind them.
