I had a lovely facial by Angela. She is knowledgeable about skincare and courteous about comfort during your service. The spa is quite nice and the staff is professional and welcoming. This was a special occasion (gift) for me. The services are reflective of the price but well worth it and wonderful!! Thank you, Angela!

A beautiful, sterile, corporate spa. Very small compared to most luxury hotels. And sadly since Covid very much downhill in terms of staff and technicians.
In fact, the staff during my short stay made several mistakes, and their manager, Melissa Leo, never really took responsibility, or made an effort to help make up for the inconveniences. She was pleasant, but seemed insincere; none of the staff seem really be trained for a luxury spa.
And of course because its in Beverly Hills everything is extremely over priced for the service that youre getting, did have a good massage, but not worth the $280.
If you make the mistake of parking at the hotel, youre going to pay close to $25 (WITH validation!) not including gratuity.
Would highly recommend the new Ritz Carlton across the street a better experience overall.
