I am pleased to provide a truthful review for Cassileth Plastic Surgery and Skin Care Salon. What a fantastic experience I had. Im approaching 70 years old, and I was skeptical about many of the procedures that are part of the modern day. I chose the filler treatment, a non-invasive procedure. This procedure was completed by a fabulous technician named Aubrey, her bedside manner is wonderful, and she is highly skilled. The outcome of this procedure has been a softer, younger by about 10 years look to my face. I am thrilled with the results! if youre looking for a non-evasive procedure, that will guarantee a better-looking you-, choose this salon, and ask for Aubrey!

Dr. Kelly Killeen - FIVE STARS Dr. Killeen did my breast reduction 2 years ago and it was the best decision Ive ever made! Her skill is incredible and the overall experience was top notch! I was able to get in touch with a nurse at any point after my surgery when I had questions and they would respond almost immediately! Everything was explained to me in great detail and the recovery was so much easier than I thought it would be! I wont let anyone else ever do a breast procedure on me again. I will always go out of my way to see Dr. Killeen! I even received an amazing gift bag post op that had a book, notebook, water bottle, blanket, and so much more! Aesthetic Nurse Aubrey Mench - FIVE STARS As an out of town patient, I was going to be in town for a limited time and wanted to have some laser treatments on my scars from my BR, as well as Botox injections for TMJ. I was able to converse with Aubrey before coming in to town and she set all of the right expectations! She is so sweet and definitely someone I would see again! She took her time with me and I didnt feel rushed! My review of the billing department is not a reflection of the Surgeons and nurses as I believe they are completely separate experiences Billing Department - 2 Stars I have been working with the billing department for the last 2 years on my insurance claims for the breast reduction and it has been nothing but a headache. The original person I was working with no longer works there and when my case was transferred over to Heather, everything got lost in the mix. I ended up having to hire an outside company to help with the claim because I could rarely get ahold of Heather. I paid for my entire surgery upfront, and what was supposed to be fully covered from insurance ended up being less than 36% reimbursed by insurance because of errors and not being provided all of the documentation. Once they got their money, their help was almost nonexistent. Regardless, I will absolutely be back at Cassileth Plastic Surgery!

Casselith med spa is the best in town. From the moment you walk in, everyone is warm, friendly, and accommodating. I love Sandy and Aubrey. They're both so personable and they make sure to go over all your needs and wants - all while stayingwithin your budget. Aubrey is the only person I will let touch my face with botox. She has a gentle hand (I never bruise) and is highly educated. I've learned a lot about facial anatomy through the years by just by asking questions. Simply, the best!

It is quite uncharacteristic of me to write a review but because of the exceptional care, professionalism and service I received from Katia, I felt compelled to share my opinion. I am not someone who buys a lot of products and my approach to beauty maintenance is more minimalist than indulgent. That is all the more reason why I wanted to share my experience with Katia. I had a second facial and couldn't be more enthusiastic to say this was an absolutely wonderful and extraordinary "indulgence" that improved the quality, texture and condition of my skin after having had only two facials. I intend to continue with Katia on a regular basis as my goal now is to feel about my skin in the future the way I feel about it today, after my facial. I am so pleased with the value, level of care and outcome I received from my treatment with Katia that I highly encourage and recommend others to experience these benefits; she's wonderful!
