I have loved working with The Reneau Group in particular my Agent, Nakia. Nakia is just amazing. She's so on top of it all. She's extremely responsive and quick. Not to mention highly knowledgable about the real estate market. Searching for your first home can be tough and very emotional when the market is competitive and the sellers have multiple offers. Nakia has a way of helping her clients go through the motions by providing solid and sound advice based on research and analytics. I have very much enjoyed working with Nakia and I will definitely be recommending her to my friends and family.

Natasha and her team were prompt, creative, and went the extra mile to meet our needs and answer questions. If she didn't know the answer they had resources at their disposal to ensure the question was addressed or objective was accomplished quickly. Communication was clear and concise. The overall home buying experience was improved through her professionalism and commitment.

Natasha is a ROCK STAR agent! I knew of her from her representing my sister who highly recommended her. So I called her and from our first phone call I knew she knew what she was doing and contracted her as my sales agent. She even satisfied my pointed inquiries about fairly representing both the unknown buyer and my seller self so I opted for that option. She did more than "didn't disappoint" but rather "nailed it"! I knew she had other clients on her plate yet she was always reachable & responsive throughout the process from start to finish. The Keller Williams Concierge service amazingly modernized my turn-of-the-century house such that the investment paid off in it's sale, for I well-exceeded my asking price thanks to her and their efforts. The contracting work went slightly over schedule but Natasha stayed on top of them to push them for completion, and completion in a professional manner. She was knowledgable about not just my local housing market but also the changing mortgage and banking fluctuations with recent banking failures and rising interest rates. Her Open House generated much traffic and many offers such that in the end, she helped me to pick the best buyer, who was strongly backed with even a short escrow, which she also stayed on top of daily. When I ran into challenges with unexpected situations to ready the house for escrow open, she personally helped me through them. And when she herself ran into her own challenges, her sister Nakia was there to follow up with me, so never once did I have to wait for a response to any of my many inquiries. The Reneau Group is amazing, and Natasha is indeed "my favorite realtor" - I look forward to working with them again in the near future with a hopeful home purchase. My experience with The Reneau Group exceeded my expectations and I thank them from the bottom of my heart for everything they assisted me with during the process of selling my home. They were very attentive to my needs and armed me with the tools needed to obtain a competative sale at the price point I was seeking within the confines of the volatile market we're in. Within two weeks of signing on the dotted line with The Reneau Group my home sold at $20k above the asking price. Once my home was sold they didn't stop there. They also went above and beyond and assisted with ensuring that I closed on my current residence by communicating with the lender at times I was unable to due to my work schedule. I truly appreciate their attention to detail, their follow up and how proactive and knowledgeable they are. They're very gracious, professional, BLESSED and I'm looking forward to working with them in the near future with the purchase of my next property. I feel like I've known them my entire life and we've managed to forge a relationship and bond that will never be broken.
