My sessions with Dr. Cara came at a fairly critical point for me, Her direct but non-judgmental manner made difficult topics easier to address head-on, which I really needed and appreciated. Her astute observations allowed me to really stop and consider my perspectives in a way I hadn't before. They also left nowhere to hide, which is exactly what one wants from a therapist! Cara helped me navigate obstacles that had previously felt insurmountable, and I'm happier as a result.

I have known Dr. Gardenswartz since 2008. She is a remarkable clinician and human being. She truly has the gift of supporting others with growth. I would highly recommend her.

My son went to Group Therapy a few months ago in need of a Therapist. They took thousands of dollars in fees without an issue and sent him to an outpatient. Once he went to the outpatient it was Crickets from this group. Stay away unless you want to pour money down a drain.
