Dr. Liberman has been so helpful! She has helped me to explore issues and develop my self-esteem. I feel like I have learned so much about myself and felt so much more confident. I appreciate that she helps me to explore my experiences in a way the feels safe and manageable. On a side note, her office is super conveniently located and always has parking available.

I highly recommend Dr. Liberman! I have struggled with anxiety for as long as I can remember. She helped me learn skills to better manage my anxiety and increase my understanding of why I was always anxious. She was so easy to talk to and made me feel very comfortable. I can honestly say I am so much better able to cope with stress and so much more confident.
