Izolda Sigal, Ph.D.

Dr. Sigal-Liberman has helped me overcome significant difficulties with depression. She has been supportive, caring and is clearly an expert at what she does. Over the last 6 months she has helped me learn so much about myself and helped me with my relationships. I am grateful to her and would highly recommend her to everyone!

Dr. Liberman has been so helpful! She has helped me to explore issues and develop my self-esteem. I feel like I have learned so much about myself and felt so much more confident. I appreciate that she helps me to explore my experiences in a way the feels safe and manageable. On a side note, her office is super conveniently located and always has parking available.

Dr. Sigal-Liberman was highly recommended by quite a few people, and they were right! I am very grateful that I found such a good therapist/psychologist!  She is kind, warm, caring, and really helped me focus on understanding and solving my problems. She helped me realize so many important things about myself and taught me how to identify mypatterns that were preventing me from attaining my goals.  I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Sigal-Liberman to anyone considering therapy and learning more about themselves.

I highly recommend Dr. Liberman! I have struggled with anxiety for as long as I can remember. She helped me learn skills to better manage my anxiety and increase my understanding of why I was always anxious. She was so easy to talk to and made me feel very comfortable. I can honestly say I am so much better able to cope with stress and so much more confident.
