I called and no answered. left a voicemail, but I never received a call back. I sent an email, but I did not get a reply at all. The gist of my messages was that I was interested in therapy and that I was wondering if he was accepting new patients.He sounds like a great psychologist/therapist, but he is extremely unprofessional. Responding to potential patients/clients is not that hard. If you're not accepting new patients, then let me know.

I've been seeing Dr. Hands on and off for about the last 7 years now.  Even within the extremely selective community of Beverly Hills, he came highly recommended.If it wasn't for his patience and and calm demeanor, I have no idea what my situation might be today.  His ability to empathize and then rationally evaluate solutions to any problem is literally a lifesaver.  I've seen multiple people on both coasts for counseling, including Harvard PhDs.  So when I say this, it isn't just offhand; I recommend Dr. Craig Hands as highly as possible.
