Received Botox from Yoko, she was great! The office is very nice, they offer everything you can imagine. Spoke to the doctor before my procedure who was very nice as well. Highly recommend Yoko, and all the front desk employees were super nice and helpful as well! Overall a very nice office.

I just came back from doing Botox and I loved it. Everyone was so nice, Dr Rosenberg was very professional and friendly. Betty was exceptional, so helpful and friendly, I want to be friends with her! And Yokko was very nice, pleasant, and most of all super competent. I will definitely go back there. The place is also beautiful and clean, great vibes

terrible experience - 30 mins before my appointment, they called and said that they have to push my appt back 2 weeks due to some mistake - 2 weeks later, went to my appointment, they made me wait 90 minutes, even though they told me on the phone that the whole operation would take 45 mins max, couldnt get my botox done because had to go back to work after 1 hour, got a parking ticket because of it - they insisted so much on selling me 40 units instead of 20, even though I told them I know myself, and had this before, and 20 units is what I need.
