I had a severe diastasis recti repair with Dr Lahar just 4 months ago. At 53 220lbs its easy to dismiss as too big for surgery. Other consults left me feeling defeated and judged. Dr Lahar, however, took the time to listen and understand my issue and expectations. He made me feel realistically optimistic. Most importantly, I felt like there was finally someone in my corner working toward a solution. While other surgeons were overly concerned with their before/after shots, Dr Lahar examined and addressed the functional defect of my abdomen. Because I needed a functional repair and wished to return to sport, I also sought out Dr Lahar as a fellow BJJ practitioner. Having a surgeon who understands your sport and the intensity you want to return to instills much confidence! Dr Lahar was kind, lighthearted and professional from first meeting through to continued support as needed months later. His staff is quick to respond and helpful in answering questions as well as finding outside support for the healing process. My diastasis recti is repaired and I cant believe how amazing it feels to have a functional core again. Im strong, coordinated and the aesthetic change is a nice bonus!

Dr Lahar is amazing!! Im 3 months out of surgery and the results are wonderful! I met up with a few surgeons before I met with Dr Lahar. We discussed my options. He gave me realistic expectations and he delivered more than I expected. He gave me state of the art options and didnt push me for extra things that would cost more just because. Check out his IG account to see all the transformations. His results look super natural. Some other surgeons go a little overboard and make people look super fake. You wont regret it!!

Want to start by saying thank you to Dr Lahar for 3 amazing experiences. Ive seen him for 3 separate surgeries and all have been with the most amazing results. My first surgery was in oct of 2021 and this was for my bbl with Lipo. I was left with a wonderful outcome that boosted my confidence. Dr. Lahar listened to my wants and needs. Him and his staff were wonderful from beginning to end. Answering all my questions and continue to stay in touch. This made me 100% sure I would go back in oct of 2022 when I decided I wanted a breast augmentation. Why would I go elsewhere when I felt at ease and safe with Dr Lahar. I ended up having a beast lift first as he explained why it was important to wait for the augmentation to make sure I would end up with best outcome possible. Lastly in January of this year 2023 I went back to get my augmentation done. 3 months after my lift was what we decided I can get it done. Now 6 weeks post op and Im feeling and looking amazing. Im so happy with his work, I strongly recommend Dr Lahar. If youre looking to feel safe and comfortable with the decision youre considering, then give Dr Lahar and his staff a call. I wanted to share with others my experience with Dr. Lahar. Here is a little bit of background: Now, going into this journey, I had a lot of excess fat in unwanted areas and excess skin in others from my twin pregnancy. It was starting to take a toll on my body despite having already lost quite a bit of weight. As a result, my back was hurting, my knees were hurting, and I had just started to get little cuts/sores underneath the fold of my stomach. I still felt so heavy and had little energy to keep up with my little ones. The weight loss wasnt enough I knew I needed to do something more; this was no longer a sustainable way of life for me. I wanted to do more WITH my kids and FOR my kids; of course also for my health! This is where the search began When initially looking for a surgeon to take on my surgery, I made consults with three surgeons (as I read that was best practice). Dr. Lahar was my second appointment and after meeting with him, I cancelled the third. I was seeking a surgeon with good bedside manner. I wanted to not feel rushed, and I wanted make sure that the surgeon I chose would be available and supportive if any complications occurred. Dr. Lahar was all of those things. He is easy to communicate with, understanding, and double board certified. As a mom of little ones I wanted to be sure I was putting my life into the hands of right team; so those were all very important things to me. I made a personal choice to break down my surgeries separately so that I can recover quicker. I have now had three surgeries with Dr. Lahar (Tummy tuck/lipo, back lift and arm lift). Each time, I have received the same impeccable care and no complications as a result of his carefulness. The transformation on the outside is amazing but feeling the relief of the weight literally off my body has been life-changing for me. I can do so many more physical activities and I feel like a whole different person. Ive cried a few times (occasionally in his office!) over how much its improved my quality of life. Overall, Ive had a wonderful surgery journey with Dr. Lahar and would absolutely recommend him to others.
