We considered utilizing this company while we waited for the covid regulations to get figured out since they are always changing. Met with Jacqui, and Semhar and they were so incredibly kknowlegeable, professional, and helpful. Quite refreshing in Beverly Hills real estate. The space is more than outstanding and modern while being inviting and super clean with live plants and a wonderful view in the Golden Triangle of Beverly Hills.     Having had such an incredible experience, and given that we are by appointment anyway, we decided to get an actual physical office (actually two, with the wall removed between them) and it is far more secure and full of natural light than most other locations. VERY happy!

I have been renting space from this company for over 10 years. Service was ok - not great. Mail is not secure. Anyone can just show up and take your mail and they will just give it to anyone who asks for my mail. A few months ago they moved locations. The reason why I have my mail collected by them is so that I never have to change my address. Now I have to update addresses with about 50 companies I do business with. So I decided to cancel their service. However, they kept billing me months later and will not stop charging my credit card. They claim that the service was not canceled. Which is a lie. Now I'm arguing with them for over $600 in fraudulent changes they changed my credit card and they are refusing to refund.
