I was so excited to get my nails done here during my first visit to LA. I have been following them for a few years now on Instagram and having always enjoyed their work. I did a little research before I came and decided I would go with Junchi as my artist. I made my appointment online and made sure to get all the addons I would be receiving including that I would need my nails removed and a new set added. The place is even more beautiful in real life and it's so clean! Once everything was all shaped up and ready she asked me what I wanted. Excited, I pulled out my phone and showed her what I was thinking. She informed me that she had a 2pm appointment and that since she had to removed my nails we wouldn't have time for any designs. She offered to do an accent nail a different color instead. I understand that appointment process has nothing to do with the artist so I didn't push any further with her. She did a great job on my nails, and I'm still getting compliments 10 days later. When I brought up the appointment issue with the receptionist she apologized and said that sometimes that happens with online appointments (not adding enough time) and that next time I should call. I reminded her that I was from out of town, and she apologised. Because this place is a destination nail salon, their management team needs to improve their online system so this doesn't happen to people. It's awkward for the staff and the customer. At the end of the day, I left feeling disappointed and I know that's not their goal.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!! For the kind of money they charge they could at the very least have good service!!!!! This is a very UNWELCOMING PLACE!!! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!!! I will never get my nails done there again.. over priced n over rated!!! I hope this shop goes outta business!!!!!

Very BAD service !! Took my mom today for her BIRTHDAY!! and instead of her enjoying herself there they embarrassed her!!! They sat her down soaked her feet in water to deny her service because one of her nails has a bruise on the edge !! Who the hell does that !!! After that I sadly helped her get off the chair and she was so embarrassed...... This was our first time there and our last this is the worst place ever !!!

Never coming here again. The blonde hair lady in the front desk was so rude & it was terribly awkward. The employees here are unbelievably unprofessional.
