I'm a real estate agent and we hired Koorosh to handle the file for a client of mine.  All of the mortgage paperwork, documents and funding were completed ahead of schedule.  We even closed the transaction early!  I would highly recommend Koorosh, he is responsive via phone and email, he's experienced, understands the industry and does a great job!

Koorosh is the best loan officer I've worked with.  Not only is he extremely responsive, reliable, and gets the loan closed as fast as possible but he gives very sound advice.  I've used him as my loan officer 3 times now that I've purchased and refinanced a few properties.  If it weren't for his sound advice guiding me throughout the process I can confidently say that I do not think I would own the properties that I do.  I wouldn't hesitate to use him.  He goes above and beyond and is someone you can trust.

If I could offer 10 stars, I would. Koorosh has facilitated the lending on 5 properties for us. All of our properties have had very complex lending terms and Koorosh was able to navigate through all of them. He is incredibly detailed and assertive when he needs to be to keep all the ducks in a row for a successful close. He is so loyal that he actually got licensed in another state to process one of our loans and get us rates that we're 1% lower than others had offered. He is a no BS lender that gets it done fairly and to the advantage of his clients every time. We are beyond grateful and beyond happy that he is on our side... and not theirs.
