I have been shopping around for an HELC loan for a rental property and was turned down by the financial institutions. Alec made it possible for us to have a financing for an Investment Rental Property. He is so professional, giving updates as the Loan is processed and explains items that is hard to comprehend during the process. I highly recommend contacting him when you need "Financing" for your Investments.
