We deal a lot in real estate transactions and have worked with many agents. As such, we know the difference between a good and bad agent. Hands down, Dan is the best agent we have ever worked with and still work with today. Bottom line he gets it! He understands that agents are supposed to fight tooth and nail to get the best possible deal for their client. In the past, we had agents that dont understand this. They convince you to settle, to appease the other party, and to close so they can get paid and move on. Fortunately, thats not how Dan works and fortunately weve seen it time after time.

What a pleasure it is for me to share my experience in working with Maryna. She is a fantastic agent! After working with a few other agents who were lackluster and rarely returned phone calls, instead choosing to text me instead of respond to my questions, Maryna was always available to speak and help me with anything I needed. She worked tirelessly showing me new homes, and through her network of clients, found a home OFF market and negotiated a very difficult sale for a steal of a price that became my new home! We worked with Dan for several months before finding the right house for us. One of the most impressive aspects of our relationship was that he did not pressure us so he could make a sale. Rather he was INSTRUMENTAL in identifying issues with potential homes, problems that even inspectors missed and thereby advised us to walk away. His experience in Architecture gave us the leg up, and I have referred Dan to a number of colleagues who have also had an excellent experience working with him. We ultimately purchased our dream home and could not be more enthusiastic recommending Dan, he is phenomenal!

I was introduced to Dan Heston after having previously listed our home in Malibu with 2 other brokers and not getting any results. Immediately Dan recommended some minor updates and repairs that he said were crucial to getting top dollar and being able to position our home correctly. He provided us with contacts and a contractor who completed the changes in record time. Then, rather than having to list the home on the MLS, he suggested letting him introduce the property through his network of buyers and investors as he felt there would be several that were interested. One week later we received multiple offers and accepted an offer that was over our asking price and higher than anything we had ever previously listed it for!!! The experience was phenomenal, Dan is a true professional and we cant thank him enough for his help and recommendations, we would never have sold at a record price and so quickly without him.

Dan Heston and his team could not have been more helpful. Professional, responsive, knowledgeable. Dan staged our home, used a photographer that showcased the best assets of every room. He suggested we make some minor changes to our kitchen, which we did. They were minor changes but it completely transformed the kitchen and immediately raised its value. He advertised our home not just on MLS but on various websites and used his social media strengths to get maximum exposure. He has a great eye for detail which helped get our home sold very quickly. Through his careful and extraordinary negotiations, we received an offer well above asking price in 10 days! We were elated! The whole process was smooth and effective. I am so grateful to him and his team and highly recommend him. Just great!
