I recently visited Dr. Basseri for my hyperhidrosis treatment. I was feeling extremely nervous and scared about the procedure, but the staff and doctors were incredibly patient with me. They took the time to explain everything thoroughly and made me feel at ease during the entire process. I am so grateful for their professionalism and understanding. I highly recommend them for anyone seeking treatment for hyperhidrosis. If you were having doubt about having the surgery,dont be . It was the best decision of my life. I 100% recommend it.

Debilitating and life changing compensatory hyperhidrosis post-op. Dr. Reisfeld is a liar and was not transparent about the level of post-op sweating in other regions of the body. Do you research and don't make rash decisions based on the glossy reviews you read here and on their social media. The "reversal" does not alleviate post-op sweating and does very little to improve side effects. The International Society for Hyperhidrosis does not recommend ETS for hyperhidrosis. My advice is to consult with an impartial physician who does not have a financial stake in your decision, and stay clear of this clinic at all costs. Further, the clinic blocked my Instagram account for warning others about the side effects of the surgery (primarily compensatory sweating). The doctors here are completely unethical for censoring free speech, which I might add was never derogatory or insensitive to anyone on their platform. Avoid this clinic at all all costs..

This surgery center exceeded my expectations! Everyone was so kind and Dr. Basseri explained the whole procedure in great detail and really helped me feel comfortable. There were no secrets and everything was very upfront and straightforward. The nurses were as gentle as they could be and were on top of things from start to finish. The center even helped me stay up to date on the whole authorization process for the insurance before the surgery which can usually feel like a hassle. This surgery changed my life and I am so grateful to everyone on the team!

My 17-year-old son underwent ETS surgery for severe hyperhidrosis last December, and I can't express enough gratitude for Dr. Eraj Basseri and his entire Team. Amazing experience and results. I got my surgery done 3 months ago. I talked to Dr. Basseri personally for at least 2 years before deciding. I am so glad I did. Thank you to the whole team!
