One of the worst experiences ever. I did one session and made sure to never go back. I was given a therapist in her early twenties. What does she have to offer a 34-year-old grown woman discussing issues in the workplace and trauma from her childhood in the 1990's? Also, Suzanne is nasty and rude. Told me "You don't need to email me about anything related to finance". She even made a disgusting comment and said "We don't do services for free", when I was referring to my card being double charged. Not a comment you make in a place that provides thereputic services. She's nasty and aggressive. She runs her place like a business, not a place to help people. This place is just a money grab and incredibly unprofessional. Would stay away unless you are just looking to throw away money for overpriced therapy with no results.

I have been seeing Suzanne and other members of her team at SoCal DBT since 2019 and could not be happier. I am honestly shocked at the negative reviews on here as Suzanne and her team have not asked anyone to leave in recent months, which leads me to believe these are unfair fake reviews. Every therapist that has left, at least since I started working with them, (because they do update clients when this occurs) has done so on their own accord, so that review about them not caring about patient health and only money is simply not true. Also fishy no name was mentioned in that review... If anything they always try to work with their clients to get them the best care even if they are struggling financially so as not to disrupt their progress and mental wellbeing. Suzanne and her team go above and beyond to care for their clients. One of the only therapy practices I have ever come across that has a 24/7 PERSONALIZED texting skills based thread that connects you with your team/therapist that you can message if you are struggling and need help handling whatever situation is causing you distress (and I've been in therapy for many years). I would not be the resilient skillful individual I am today if it wasn't for Suzanne and her team/all of the services/education that they offer. I highly recommend Suzanne to anyone looking for high-quality, effective therapy that will completely change your life for the better!
