I retained TLD for a real estate property dispute with an HOA. I had shopped the case for about a year. Roy Jimenez was detailed, honest and provided the most accurate appraisal at every step. Most importantly, he saw possibilities that no other firm could seem to understand. The result was "as we predicted" with very few surprises. Dan Gold consulted my conflictual divorce case, as it has been financially manipulating and controlling. A divorce from 18 year marriage. Dan assured his legal help with financial badgering, and to seek arrearages. So i retained his firm. It was 6 weeks and $4500 later....after his reassurance Spousal Support would not be changed....well, Spousal Support stopped being paid! Dan never made a motion, didnt do one thing. No spousal support...bills dont get paid! Then TLD Law says i have no money for them to help me. Hired in May/2018...by July/2018 i have bills and not enough money. Dan Gold did nothing! Even charged me for the emails i sent begging for his legal help as that is what he is supposed ti je doing. Now...November/2018, i have to file bankruptcy as i could not fix depleated income fast enough! TLD Law has recently sent me an $8800.00 bill! Dan never did one thing to help my case. Things are worse now than they were before i sought this law firm! Oh yeah, but he made a motion to take me to court regarding his outstanding bill that i am unabke to pay... IF TLD LAW FIRM HAD DONE THEIR JOB, THE JOB THEY WERE HIRED TO DO....I WOULD NOT BE IN BANKRUPTCY COURT.... $8800.00 and i already gave him $4500.00. SO I AM SUPPOSED TO PAY TLD LAW OVER $13000.00 SO I CAN BE MANIPULATED FINANCIALLY AND END UP IN BANKRUPTCY COURT! JACKED ME AROUND FOR 6 MONTHS HAVING HIS ASSISTANT HERA CONTINUALLY TELL ME BE PATIENT WE RE DOING EVERYTHING WE CAN! WHICH WAS NOTHING EVER!
