Kaylee & Rose

I have purchased several pieces from Kaylee and Rose. I started shopping there soon after the store opened and the designs and selection are amazing. Shirley has a ton of beautiful pieces and I have been happy with the quality so far. The experience however is what you would expect from a snobbish Beverly Hills store. Zero customer service, no personalized shopping experience and unless you're spending several thousand dollars you are treated like a second class citizen. Shirley's store is beautiful but go elsewhere if you would like to be treated like a human

Shirley, the owner, was helpful and patience with my indecisive shopping. I went through in between items and visited twice when I visited LA and she approached me with understanding. Her taste and options in store are so beautiful- hard to decide, no blame on me I got my pair of sapphire earrings and looking forward to go get my custom signed ring - As general, parking was not difficult, location is easy to find, walk ins are welcome but I like calling ahead. Prices are moderate and unique options with timeless classic fine jewelry. Thank you Shirley, see you soon again!

Terrible service. The owner is rude and disrespectful. She would rather text and eat her food than help a customer. She's not nice and the prices are overpriced for her terrible service and attitude. Next time I'm going to XIV Carot.

Beautiful and unique pieces with super helpful staff. I will definitely return next time I need to buy something special for for that special someone :)
