Exceptional experience with Oliver at this location! The whimsical creations, luxury atmosphere, and friendly and knowledgeable client service made my experience worthwhile. Oliver took the time to suggest pieces that reflected my personal sense of style. He also thoroughly explained the care instructions for each metal and gem to ensure I will enjoy my new acquisitions for many years to come. I was also given a tour of the chic Maison at the end of the appointment, allowing me to explore additional creations for my next purchase. Thank you Oliver for a very enjoyable shopping experience!

Please save your money! After wearing the beautiful necklace my son bought me for a couple days. I went to upgrade the pendant size, was so much smaller when my son bought it in person (compared to the website photo). After wearing for a few days they said its scratched & dull now we cant return it! then proceeded to wrap up my return to hand it right back to me! I couldve purchased a trinket for 1/10th of the cost! if we couldnt wear it in water! How does the manufacture not guarantee their own work?Returned within 30-days as stated! We will not be back. Period. Smoke & mirrors! Salon is closed off, uninviting & not friendly.

My best advice is to get an appointment. They try to give each customer the time they need and it also keeps everyone safe. This is an expensive boutique and maintaining a controlled environment is needed! Daria and Oliver were great. He took my order and measured my wrist to make sure that the resizing was accurate. Cant wait to get my order in!
