Amazing. They helped fix my 100 year old engagement ring. Extremely professional and I felt safe leaving my antique ring with them. Got the ring back in a couple days and got fair pricing. I recommended them to my friend who also has an antique ring.

My husband and I came across Claude Morady Estate Jewelry nearly a decade ago when shopping for our engagement ring. The details of our visit have faded, but what I remember after all these years is how Claude and his wife, Jennifer made me feel. I never felt rushed. I didn't feel like I was being "sold", and I felt like I was truly getting honest information on each piece. Claude even pointed out a flaw in one of the diamonds (in the ring we eventually chose).  I came back to yelp all these years later to look up the business hours and email Claude about general servicing of my ring (checking the prongs). I saw a bad review that accused his business of possibly buying reviews, so I felt I should set the record straight that my original 5-star review from 2016ish was truly honest. I'm still feel the same about the kindness and patience of Calude and Jenn, and I feel sorry for the person who would leave a bad review because something they wanted was sold before they snatched it up themselves. Claude and Jenn are genuine, kind people, and they've earned every 5-star review!
