I sold a diamond ring to The Jackels Collection, and the process from start to finish was top notch.  I initially contacted a number of jewelry/diamond buyers throughout LA and Beverly Hills, receiving a wide range of offers - all of which were sort of insulting - other than what these guys offered.I initially met with Tom Jr., who inspected the ring and gave me a good and fair offer, but was still below what I was comfortable selling at.  However, the two Toms (father and son) worked with me, and we were able to make a deal at a figure where everyone was happy.Especially comparing to some of the other offers I received from other well-reviewed buyers in town, it's a no brainer.  This industry is tough, and buyers seem to prey on your need to sell unwanted pieces.  This business, however, was not like that.  From start to finish, I felt like I was in good hands with this family and trusted them completely throughout the whole process.  And they're also just kind, warm people.  I definitely would recommend contacting them if you're looking to sell diamonds or other jewelry.

Tom Sr. and Tom Jr. were absolutely wonderful to work with. When my wife and I brought in an old family heirloom, a diamond ring that I inherited and looked to sell, Tom Sr. was very transparent and walked us through how he values diamonds. He gave us a very fair price that we were happy with. We went through the appraisal process, got an offer, and walked out with cash within an hour. We felt no pressure from both father and son. Came in with the wife to sell some jewelry she didn't want anymore. The owner Tom was very polite and kind. It's a family owned business, The owner has been in the jewelry business for over 50 years. While my wife was selling the jewelry he offered to clean my wife's wedding. Here is what was cool....I got to go and watch them clean the jewelry. Even though we trusted him they let me go in the back and watch the cleaning process.Here is what I appreciated the most...we went to 4 other places in the area and we got really sleazy, vibes. And apparently low balled. Tom offered us the most for what we had and we where in and out in 10 minutes. Highly recommend this wonderful family owned business. Highly.

We had such a wonderful experience with Tom Sr. selling a piece that was my mom's.  We really liked that they are a family business with his children working there as well. His children are  just as polite, professional and sweet as Tom Sr! Bonus points for an adorable little rescue dog named Rex!!Tom was very respectful and very fair in pricing the piece. He took time to explain his process and answer any questions.We read all the positive reviews before seeing him and trust me - they are all true!!A wonderful business owned by wonderful people!!

If youre looking to sell a high end watch, you should visit Thomas Jackels. He will make you the best offer and hes a super nice person on top of that. Highly recommended!
