This place is a scam, as if they work with celebrities, but they take the money from regular people and dont provide the services. Nadia and Natalie promised to call back never did! I paid $2800 for nothing! Stay away from them! You can respond to the review but cant anseythe phone calls, maybe it is Nadin whoever works there. You guys are fraud.

I had the best experience at Chaviv hair! They put my hair extensions in and I am obsessed with them. I will never go anywhere else. I cannot wait for my next visit

By far the worst experience . I have placed orders on three separate occasions, and on each occasion, I have not received my order. I took the initiative to contact the store four different times to address this issue, and each time, I was assured that someone would get in touch with me to resolve the problem. Unfortunately, despite these assurances, no one has ever reached out to me.I would not recommend very disappointing. Would honestly just like a call back to figure out the situation .

Violet is the best person Ive ever met!! Her and her team are the most talented, professional and patient people. I honestly couldnt be happier with my hair, from my color, to the cut and not to mention the most beautiful silky hair extensions! Theyve made my hair grow and become healthier while turning me into a blonde! She has the best nail artists working here too so I highly suggest booking your nail appointment asap! I get my eyebrows and lashes done as well with Luzia and Ani which I absolutely love. Violet only has the best of the best working along side her so you wont regret coming. :) Thank you Violet, Sylvia, Izzy, Kevin, Lilit, Luzia, Lovett and Ani, my dream team!!! I love you guys so much!!

Recently got tape in extensions at ChaViv Hair by Sylvia. The attention to detail here is beyond any service I've received. Also, they really go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and certain of your choices. From the expert consultation to the final styled result.. I couldn't be happier. And the business itself is beautiful! In the heart of BH it's definitely a gal's place to come and get all you most trusted beauty assets loved on and treated. Eyelashes, brows, color cut.. the whole nine yards. You walk in and walk out feeling dam* fine. Oh! One last thing. The humans who work here are precious. They really care. Of course you're already getting top quality service and product- it's ChaViv... but the people who work here really care about what they do and about helping you connect with what you want and discover your look. It's really so special.
