I wish I could post more stars! I had a wonderful experience at the Lucinda Ellery Beverly Hills salon! Everyone was so nice, especially Nicole. I was very nervous when I arrived and by the end of the process, I felt as though I may some great friends. I LOVE my hair! I have hypothyroidism and combined with the COVID-19 stress, I lost a lot of hair on the crown. I got the full Interlace system and when I saw my family after getting put on, they all said it looked so natural. My only issue is learning how to style all that beautiful hair. Thank you to everyone at the BH salon for making this a memorable experience! xoxo

I started losing my hair due to medication. I had a hair transplant back in 2008. Because of the medication the transplant didn’t work. I tried wigs but found them to be uncomfortable and didn’t like how I looked. I also tried shampoos and the powder. I did a lot of research and came across Lucinda Ellery. I read all about them and must be honest, I thought because of the Beverly Hills address, this was going to be something I couldn’t afford. I finally filled out the form for a consultation.
Nicole called me immediately and I made an appointment. Nicole and her staff were so nice and compassionate. I immediately felt comfortable. The cost was very reasonable and the monthly appointments were no more than I already was spending trying to get some comfort with my situation.
I cannot tell you what a difference this has made in my life. After my hair system was attached, I broke out in tears. Even my kids cried when they saw me. I have been a customer for two years and have already had my second hair system.
If you have hair loss problems, please contact Nicole. It’s the best thing you can do for yourself.

I cannot thank the Nicole and her team enough! I was diagnosed with breast cancer in January and I knew that the type of chemo I would be on would cause me to lose my hair, I was devastated. I went and saw Nicole for an evaluation and she was patient, kind and compassionate. Honestly not what I was excepting from a BEverly Hills environment. She made suggestions and recommendations and she even knew exactly about the effects of the specific chemo that I would be on. Because we didn’t know exactly the date I would start losing my hair, she held a few calendar dates open for me and she was very astute about checking in with me regularly to make sure what stage I was at.
Finally two weeks ago my hair starting shedding very badly, which was depressing enough to say the least to watch your hair come off like that daily. Nicole confirmed my appointment and gave me options for the best way to fix it so I would once again not be self-conscious. I was at the point where I couldn’t let anyone see me.
I spent all day at the salon yesterday and the entire team rotated and took turns on my hair. They did a thorough job, they were all super nice and caring, very compassionate. Every single person in that studio. I have never had such an amazing experience where you walk in with your head hiding and walk out with full confidence and a beautiful head of hair that literally turned all heads!!!!
Thank you to all of you for giving me my confidence to go on and beat the cancer!!!!!! You guys rock!

I cannot say enough WONDERFUL things about Lucinda Ellery Salon in Beverly Hills. I have been coming here for 3 years for my color and hair extensions. The stylists are so knowlegable! I always know that the health of my hair is the top priority. Having worn hair extensions since college this is the only salon I have been to that i have absolutely no damage or breakage. I have my color done and it always comes out perfect. Very consistent. The Stylists are super friendly and Lena the receptionist is so accomodatiing. I am so happy to have found this gem!!

This is honestly the 1st review I have ever made online.
Lucinda Ellery is the only place I will have hair extentions from now on.
My 1st set of extentions they put in had a couple of issues that I was extremely concerned about. After calling them a week after my 1st appt. to explain the issues, the manager had me return to discuss. Long story short, she agreed that for whatever reason my extentions were not "behaving" as they should and agreed to remove them & re-apply new extentions herself (she doesn't physically do the extentions as she is too busy as manager) but agreed to personally do them to ensure my satisfaction.
This was in October 2018....it is now Feb. 2019 and they are STILL amazing!!
The extentions have far surpassed any expectation I had prior to having them.
I have only lost a small percentage of the extentions between Oct & Feb. and am just now ready to schedule my next appointment to remove & install a new set.
Needless to say I am beyond happy with the results & even find the somewhat higher price tag very reasonable considering how beautiful my hair was after getting their extentions & that they lasted nearly 4 months so far!
I cannot recommend Lucinda Ellery strongly enough.
