I cannot rave enough about this man and his legal firm! He is an expert in his field, great with communicating, on the record he is a "beast" in law mode (that's a good thing!). He cares about your case, he cares about you (because lets be honest, litigation can be stressful. The courts, due process, opposing counsel tactics, etc. can all be stressful), but not only will you be advised during every step of the way about the status of your case BUT also with regards to the most effective costs for your case at different stages before trial, if that so applies to you . Mr. Kennedy is fair, personable, knowledgeable but most important to me is that there has never been a time, not even an instant, where I felt Mr. Kennedy wasn't the absolute best legal professional leading my team..., leading OUR TEAM!!
