Alpha Pro Builders did a fantastic job for us. They renovated our master bathroom, hung a couple of new chandeliers. The bathroom was redesigned to include a huge walk in shower with multiple shower heads, new transom windows, large vanity and large storage closets. Finished project looks fantastic. Some stucco repair was completed with new window installation. We have had no issues after using the space after almost a year. All of the contractors were professional and kind. Even though the work was dusty with drywall work and tiling, the mess was contained adequately as possible. We are so happy with this team and will certainly return for any further work.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Do NOT USE THIS COMPANY no matter how much they sweet talk you and make promises they cant keep. I was given a sales pitch about my flooring and my mold remediation. Alpha pro builders sales person convinced me to use their company. 1. It took twice as long for the job to get done 2. They destroyed my furniture and some personal items went missing 3. Roy the owner then stepped in and told me he would help fix all the damages once I paid him the balance owing. Once I paid him , he has refused to fix any of the items that were broken including my chandelier, antique couch , cushions that go with my couch set that they threw in the shower for storage and it got covered in mold- the very issue I was trying to get rid of for health reasons. My furniture was NOT covered consistently throughout the construction and was thrown outside in my back yard and piled on top of one another without any covering . The couches, curtains and the entire house was covered in dust. The workers left their lunch food containers and drinks out in my front and back yard. I tried to reason with the owner and ask him if he would kindly fix the issues. . He said he would give me 2000,.00 and that is all he could do . The Chandelier alone is 2000.00 that they broke. I told him if he purchases another chandelier and fixes the damage I would be fine with that but he has not answered I would not trust this company. They outsource all their work to other people and pay them literally close to nothing but charge you the customer a fortune.
