    Always an hour wait. Nobody ever calls back. My partner went through hell here trying to get someone on the phone. The doctor would promise up and down that wed get our medications on time, that the nurses would take care of us. We left messages on the nurses line starting at 6am, through the portal online, and even at the front desk. Front desk had an attitude like they did not care at all. Timing is everything in this process, its the whole thing, but 39K in and my partners cycle and all their hard work ruined because no one at this office can be bothered. UNACCEPTABLE. CRIMINAL.

    This review is for Reproductive Partners Medical Group, not the doctors that work there. I underwent egg/embryo freezing. The whole operation is extremely impersonal and inefficient. Another reviewer suggested it's like a factory, which is spot on (in the worst way possible). Some examples of the many challenges- 1. It's impossible to have a phone conversation with anyone besides the receptionist. 2. Due to poor communication on their part, I've been out of pocket thousands of dollars for 2 month (for expenses my insurance or employer will cover). This is despite 14 email attempts, and several voicemail attempts on my part. 3. Slow response times have held me up from getting my medication on time. 4. They rely 100% on video training for the medications & injections. No in-person training from the staff. My friend diluted her shots incorrectly due to lack of in-person education. 5. Hour long wait times for appointments.

    Extremely poor patient care. I cannot ever get anyone on the phone. The doctor does not call back in a timely manner, even after 2 rounds of IVF retrieval. I have waited over 30 days to receive a post procedure phone call. Wait times in the office even with an appointment is on average and hour (even when I show up 10 mins before my appointment as they ask) On days that I am seen in the early morning and am told to start a cycle today I do not get a phone call about my prescriptions or what medications to start the same day. Prescriptions have not been called in. When I am in the office and have the attention of a nurse or a doctor I feel unheard and hurried out to payments. It feels like they over book appointments and hurry people through. I spend more time in a waiting room and at the counter where they ask for my payment than talking to someone or getting quality care.

I was told to take certain medications and no one from the office followed up with me on the phone or with a written message through the portal to make sure everything was going well, or to schedule me for another appointment. I called or messaged the office every day for a week with no response. Different nurses would tell me completely different steps to take for my medical process, so clearly they werent talking amongst each other and the doctors did not have a sense of control. Absurd behavior after giving the office $12K for the egg freezing process. I got most of my money back, but please do NOT come here. Operations of this place are horrific, would absolutely NOT recommend if you want to feel like the people doing your procedure care about helping you at all.
