Mike Williams and his team here are absolutely excellent. Their management style is to place their clients and their wishes front and center and to support and guide them in their vision. He is so communicative, approachable, and he knows the industry extremely well. He's totally dedicated to his clients and rarest of all- is just a great down to earth and trustworthy person. And the bottom line is well worth it too- I'd never had so many auditions or booked as much work before signing with them. Cylence Media Management is the real deal.

Legit! When it comes to management Cylence is the place you want to be. Mike is very personal and takes pride in the talent he represents. He is not forceful, imposing, and controlling like a lot of agents in Hollywood. He is more helpful, supportive, and strategic with the moves he makes with you. He doesn't treat you like a number but takes his time to literally help develop your craft by offering useful advice, opportunities, sources, and information pertaining to your specific goals. I am so blessed to have someone like this in my corner along the way to my goals of being successful in the beast called Hollywood. Too many times talent don't take the time to thank their reps for doing what they do, but I find it sad they people tend to hog all the credit as if they did it alone. Since I've been with Mike he's gotten me so many opportunities and auditions and his assistant Hart work together to get you as many opportunities as possible. It's just up to you to do what you can to book and make a fan out of casting. If you get the opportunity to be repped by this amazing manager, I highly suggest you think twice when turning him down. Like I said there isn't any manager out here, and I've been through 3 since starting my acting career full-time a few years ago that will do even a pinch of what Mike is doing for his clients over there at Cylence. Keep up the great work team! Know that you have a client for life over here and I pray this management makes it to the very top of everyone's list in the near future.
