I recently had the privilege of working with Soho Law Firm to help settle my case. From the moment I reached out for a consultation to the resolution of my case, their commitment to professionalism, expertise, and client satisfaction was evident. What truly set them apart was their genuine commitment to understanding the intricacies of my situation, offering not just legal counsel but a personalized touch. Throughout the process, their meticulous attention to detail and transparent communication reassured me that my case was in the right hands. Edmond and his team are truly the best, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone seeking not only legal representation but also a team that truly cares about their clients!!!

I first reached out to Soho Law Firm last year when I was unceremoniously terminated after filing a complaint to HR about the unfair treatment I was experiencing at work. Other firms did not give me the time of day, they said I had no case. Not Soho Law, they gave me the opportunity to explain what I experienced and how everything happened. They had the patience and empathy to help. A few weeks later, we were settling my case - the case I was told I didnt have by other firms. Im eternally grateful for Soho Law and will continue to use them and recommend them to anyone loved one I know that has been unjustly let go at work or any other issues at work.

Just got off the phone with Attorney Eddie Sasooness about the challenge I had with his intake person Mary. Eddie used the excuse that "Mary is new, that's why she doesn't know what to do on the call." I stated that it's improper to blame an employee for their mistake when they are not the owner of the company. As I shared with Eddie, one of two things should happen in this situation. 1. Don't put your employees on the phone if they are not ready so they don't waste people's time. (I had zero expectations at the top of the call as this law firm reached out to me from a form I filled out with another firm back in January - three months ago... Mary pushed me to provide my home address, my personal information, and then all of my factual data and sensitive information to her and Eddie. And then I get a solicitation from another attorney office asking for the same information but was "told to call me from Soho Law Firm"... I never agreed to have my information sold or shared with anyone else.). 2. Take responsibility and give your employees proper training before putting them on the phones and don't be a coward and blame Mary - the employee, for the culture of ignorance you created. So if you wish waste your time, get nothing accomplished, and then receive an additional phone call from Eddie to waste even more time and get even less accomplished, give this organization a call.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS LAW FIRM. But, if you want to talk to people with chickens and dogs clucking and barking in the background (Sorry "Mary" but you lied to me on the call, I'm reacting to you and your goofy company...), give Eddie and his clown operation a call. For starters, I don't even need representation. I reached out to a different law firm in January and it looks like Eddie (whom has zero presence on social media and from the looks of it... questionable reviews here on Google) purchased old leads. My story... I witnessed improper behavior at a lender and spoke out about them taking advantage of a senior borrower that was not of sound mind. I told a manager and the next day I was fired. The statute of limitations is 2 years for events like this in small claims (I had to research this because all of these companies/law firms are the same - that can't help you) and I was just going to handle it myself. Again, this lender that I worked for is taking advantage of seniors. I was fired but my client was calling me asking for help still. I called the client back and asked if he was ok with the call being recorded. He was fine with that. IN that recorded conversation the client admits he was "steered" (a violation of Reverse Mortgage lending laws - TILA-E 1026.36(k) The Truth in Lending Act (15 U.S.C. 1601 et seq.), as implemented by Regulation Z, 12C.F.R. 1026.36(k) ) . The client also stated that the COO of the company was asking the client for a $600.00 deposit for the appraisal on his home (this valuation allows the amount of equity the client would like to access , receive...). I have all of the emails, the employee handbook, the statutes, the recordings, the chat logs, the screenshots, the timeline, the ADP access (paychecks, no reprimands, my employment history 100% compliance in all areas, etc)... BUT... Eddie's company is not interested in that. So here's what you want to listen for on the "Intake" experience (if you can focus past the chickens)... Mary or Edrie will ask you for the following: "Did you miss any lunch breaks?" "Did you not take a break inside of X hours at work...?" "Did you work overtime?" etc... Here's why these questions are asked allegedly (EDDIE'S office called me. I didn't call them...)... They want to see if there's some class-action law suit potential they can leverage allegedly (we have to use that term I guess with clowns like Eddie and his people)... So if you want to entertain yourself for 10 minutes (don't get deceived by Mary for the 50 minutes I was on the line with her), just sit back and wait for Mary or Edrie to ask those magical questions and know you are just a number and that your REAL claim is not important to them. Go have fun with Eddie's website. Look the "testimonials" fake first name, last name initial people... It's an absolute joke. So do yourself a favor. Research Small Claims in California. Maximum claim is $10,000.00 and do the following. Find the owner of the company and file a claim against them. This challenges for the person that actually caused you harm and holds the leadership/owner of the company accountable for creating such an environment for $10,000.00. If you are unemployed still you can apply for a "fee waiver" and won't have to pay to file...). Go to court, win or lose... just learn all you can from that experience. Who cares if you don't win. You got the owner to leave his comfort zone and that pressure has been an extreme challenge at their office since you've served them. Wait 4-5 months and then sue the person that fired you, harassed you, retaliated against you, etc ... go after them with a claim for $10,000.00. If you sue both at the same time, you will have to prepare and present both cases on your own. Not a good strategy. Then have your spouse or significant other sue those same people for the undue stress this challenge cause them too. Just keep the pressure on and you will win. What you DON'T WANT TO DO is hire SoHo Law Firm. They do not care. You're welcome and now go win your case on your own. See ya Eddie.

I truly believe there are good people put on this earth to help the ones who need help. These people include Edmond Sasooness and his professional team are truly outstanding. My case was a medical discrimination case and I didnt feel I had enough evidence for a law firm to take my case and fight for my rights.SoHo Lawfirm were excellent in researching the evidence I presented to them and turning my stress and fears into a monetary compensation. Like I told Edmond I dont care about the money I just want justice for my rights as a human being who worked hard all her life and is now being discriminated for being sick . My attorney team did it they came back with more than I expected and settled my case with me as the winner. Thank you SoHo Law firm dont change your human touch with your clients , it goes a long way.
