Beverly Hills Jewelers

So I got a coupon from the website and was lead to believe in store prices reflected online prices. Boy was I wrong. Not only can you not use the coupon online, the in-store prices start at $1600. Walked in yesterday and the chick Nikki didn't seem like she wanted to assist me at all. Reluctantly she gets out of her chair, fake smile plastered on her face. I was shown pieces over $1000, despair on my face with each passing second. These are reasons why I stay away from Beverly Hills. I asked if there was anything under $1000 and after she goes in the back she comes back with a pearl bracelet that was $1100 and this pendant. I was given the pendant as a courtesy I guess. Politely I said thank you and left. Fast forward to just now I go to their chat and ask what kind of pendant I was given. Guess who responded Nikki. She told me and I quote "we wanted to give you the pendant as a courtesy and if I didn't like it I could bring it back " Ewwwwwwwwwww Like excuse you. I'm supposed to be grateful that you gave me anything? At least I said thank you. All I wanted to know was what was the pendant I was given. Your attitude seems to reflect the company. You serve everyone with a kind smile and a helpful attitude. Not like I or anyone who looks like me is a problem. Never will I ever step foot in your establishment.

A long overdue review! My fiancee and I found Beverly Hills Jewelers on our quest for the best lab diamond engagement ring with the highest quality ring available, within our budget, and from the jewler that just felt right. Nikki is just outstanding- she is the real deal. We explained the ring, diamond and discussed some designs. Her expertise, service, overall support is outstanding. She's just a joy to work with. I came in with a few ideas and a budget in mind and Nikki was very patient and graceful with me. She helped me me find the perfect engagement ring that was well within my budget and she didnt take advantage of me. In fact, I walked away surprised at how pleasant the experience was; I was half expecting them to be salesy and rip me off but It didnt feel that way at all. I will choose Beverly Hills Jewelers for as long as I live in Southern California.

Nikki and Shawn were extremely helpful in my diamond hunt. I love supporting local family owned businesses. I was amazed at the custom designs here and look forward to seeing what we create with my old diamond!
