I have been going to this place for 8 yrs love the products even though when I first saw the Dr. she through me off guard by commenting on my looks telling me I have very interesting features. Really didnt know how to take that but thought I would give the office a chance. Figured it may just have been a cultural difference so brushed it off. And I am glad I did cause aside from that odd interaction the staff is friendly the assistance are sweet and the products have been working . Even after getting a chemical burn that ruined my vacation pictures they were apologetic and did everything they could to get my skin back to normal by not charging me for the treatments it took to get the scar to fade I would recommends the products to my friends Reply to Dr. thank you I figured it was and glad I took as such I wouldnt trust any other office with my skin u guys are the best in the West

Dr. Bussell is the best! I went to her for years! Ever since I moved out of California, no one Ive made an appointment with is as good as Dr. Bussell! I still order face products from her website! The best!

I came to this clinic almost 12 years ago and since then my skin looks always amazing! I am so happy I met Dr. Bussell and her wonderful team. Dr. Bussells magical peel always make me look younger and my skin so healthy. My whole family is going there for all kinds of reasons and every time they are very satisfied with suggestions and treatments that Dr. Bussell and her well trained team are prescribing. I called the office manager about my bill because there were charges for services I did not receive. She was very condescending and told me they overcharge insurance companies to collect as much as they can. She was rude and refused to help me with a resolution. She promised to call me the following business day with an answer, but that was two weeks ago. BEWARE OF THE FRAUDULENT CHARGES HERE!
