The strangest most obtuse scheduling office I've ever come across in LA. Sherry the office manager refused to schedule a consult for me stating that I may only book an exam. I've never had an issue booking a consult at a dental office in LA or Beverly Hills. She then proceeded to condescend and call me particular and tried to explain what it means when someone is trying to book a consult. I think I know what a consult means if I am the one asking to book it. I learned shortly afterward that the scheduling office is a call service in a separate location that is not in office. Having a dentist and dental office you can trust is so important. This place is a pass for me. I'd advise looking elsewhere.

My visit was very quick and great. Dr. Abri did an amazing job explaining everything to me and was very gentle with me.. I would highly recommend

I visited this dental office a few years ago at the recommendation of one of my colleagues. I saw a female dentist in this office and the dental exam was quite rough--she stabbed my gum above each tooth with the sharp tool used to clean plaque (something no dentist has ever done before or since) to check my gum health. Additionally, she told me that I had seven cavities and needed to get them fixed that day--she acted as though it was an emergency. I decided not to do it that day since I needed to get back to work, but scheduled an appointment for the following week. After my alarm wore off, I went back to my previous dentist to see what he said--he found no cavities. As I said, it's been several years since I've been seen here and have been to the dentist numerous times at two different dentists. No one has ever mentioned a cavity. The fact that the dentist here found "seven" seems quite alarming and unethical. Be careful that they are not trying to scam you in order to get more money out of you and your insurance company. At the time, I read another "filtered" review on here and that person claimed the same thing about being told he had multiple cavities that he ended up not having. Go to a dentist you can trust, not this one.
