I had a great experience working with Ann from Skin Research Institute when I had a problem with our SRI DRY Q hair dryer. The heat had quit working and it was a month out of warranty. Ann walked through the troubleshooting steps to verify this and then worked to get this replaced under warranty even though it had expired. She was able to do this and initiated the process. We now have a new one on the way. There was a small shipping charge, but reasonable. She even offered to ship the new one before receiving the old one back. I wasnt happy that the heating element failed so soon, but their customer service was excellent. I would buy from them again.

GREAT PRODUCTS, EVEN BETTER SERVICE I have purchased the Dry Q dryer for myself and as gifts for my daughters. They never fail to please! Next on my list is their Style -Wrap 4 in 1 brush. My hair is noticeably shinier when I use the Dry Q. I dropped mine and while waiting for my new one used a backup dryer. It's quick and easy to handle. You will not regret it! But the service, you get a person, right off, no talking to a robot! The service that I have experienced with SRI (Jin has helped me more than once) has been head and shoulders above anything that I have experienced with other companies. SRI, keep it up with Customer Service Specialists such as Jin!!!
